Thank you for choosing us, here you will find everything you legally need to know about our shows and events in general. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions below, these apply to the sales of tickets or any other type of products from our website www.espejopro.com, as well as in our physical points of sale installed in the different venues where our events take place.

The present General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) will be agreed between ESPEJO PRO (hereinafter, ESPEJOPRO.COM ) and the users (hereinafter, the “Users”), and govern the access and use of ESPEJOPRO.COM, as well as the contracting of tickets through the Website.

ESPEJOPRO.COM may establish, where appropriate, special conditions governing the use and / or procurement of certain services or products offered through the Website.

The simple access to the Web Site attributes the condition of User and implies the acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions and, if applicable, in the particular conditions available through the Web Site. In case of not agreeing with these General Conditions, the User must abandon any transaction of purchase of tickets, sale through the Website.

By accepting these General Conditions, the User declares:

That he/she has read, understands and comprehends the above.

That, in the event that he/she intends to contract any product and/or service, he/she has sufficient capacity to do so.

That he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

Espejo Pro, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 letter b) of Law No. 19.496 (modified by Law No. 21.398) on the Protection of Consumers’ Rights in Chile, expressly states that no changes, refunds or returns will be made by the sole will of the buyer once the purchase process is completed by the buyer who acquires one or more tickets to an event, i.e. there is no right of withdrawal.

Access to the Web Site is free of charge, except for the direct purchase of tickets for our events.

3. Rules of use of the Web Site

The User agrees to use the Website, and all its contents and services in accordance with the provisions of the law, morality, public order and these General Conditions, not using them to carry out illegal or criminal activities that violate the rights of third parties and / or violate any rule of applicable law. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or making a purchase, the user declares to have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

The User agrees to:

• Not to introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, terrorist nature or that violates human rights.
• Not to introduce or disseminate on the network data programs (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third party users of the Internet network.
• Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally and in international treaties.
• Not to carry out actions that may imply the commission of illicit, illegal or fraudulent conduct.
• Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.
• Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that are designed exclusively for that purpose.
• Not to introduce or disseminate false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in such a way as to mislead the recipients of the information.
• Not to impersonate other Users by using their registration codes to the different services and/or contents of the Website.
• Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that correspond to the owners of the Website, or third parties.
• Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any information, element or content that involves a violation of the secrecy of communications and legislation on personal data.

ESPEJOPRO.COM reserves the right to cancel any transaction and / or cancel the User’s account when there are reasonable suspicions, indications or evidence that it has been made in breach of the provisions of these Terms of Use, without notice. Likewise, ESPEJOPRO.COM reserves the right to cancel the tickets if it could reasonably be considered that the purchase has been made fraudulently.
The User agrees to hold harmless ESPEJOPRO.COM against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that could come forced to bear as a result of the breach by the User of any of the above rules of use, reserving, in addition, ESPEJOPRO.COM the right to seek compensation for damages that may apply.

4. Ticket sales

The purchase of a ticket for an event through any channel available thanks to ESPEJOPRO.COM implies the acceptance of a contractual relationship between the User and ESPEJOPRO.COM relating to the process of purchasing the ticket, under which ESPEJOPRO.COM , provides the User with the sale and delivery of the ticket, and, in addition, a contractual relationship relating to those aspects related to the organization and execution of the event, under which the organizer makes available to the User the celebration of the event to those Users who have purchased a valid ticket to attend the event.

ESPEJOPRO.COM offers to purchase your tickets:

-Through its Website (on-line purchase service through the website associated with ESPEJOPRO.COM, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year).

In the purchase process and always before the end of it, the User will have all the information regarding the full final price, including taxes, breaking down, where appropriate, the amount of increases or discounts that apply to the offer and the additional costs that are assigned to the User, being responsible for correctly providing their data, including personal and bank details required by the system, truthfully and accurately.

5. Contents and services linked through the Website

The Web Site may contain technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other pages and Internet portals (hereinafter, the “Linked Sites”).

In no case the existence of Linked Sites can presuppose the formalization of agreements between ESPEJOPRO.COM and those responsible or owners thereof, nor the recommendation or promotion by ESPEJOPRO.COM of the Linked Sites and / or their contents.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website and / or APP, ESPEJOPRO.COM is not aware of the contents and services of the Linked Sites and, therefore, is not responsible for any damages caused by its unlawfulness, quality, outdated, unavailability, error and uselessness that may cause the User or any third party.

However, ESPEJOPRO.COM will make every effort to avoid these circumstances, as well as to remove the inclusion of a Linked Site as soon as it becomes aware of them. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, you may communicate it to ESPEJOPRO.COM without, in any case, this communication entails for ESPEJOPRO.COM the obligation to remove the corresponding link, a matter that is at your expense and discretion.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of ESPEJOPRO.COM or third parties, without being transferred to the User any of the exploitation rights recognized by current legislation on intellectual property on them.

The trademarks, trade names or logos published on the Website are owned by ESPEJOPRO.COM or third parties, without being transferred to the User any right over them.

ESPEJOPRO.COM does not represent the owners of the trademarks of the products or services it markets.

Terms and Conditions

a). Main characteristics of the shows and/or events:

The main characteristics and particular conditions of attendance to the shows and/or events offered by ESPEJOPRO.COM can be consulted through the Website in the descriptive sheet with which they are presented.

b). Contract. Order of priority:

The purchase of tickets is governed by these General Conditions, by the particular conditions that may be published on the Website specified in the purchase confirmation email, of which Users will be informed prior to the purchase of the tickets and, where appropriate , by the terms and conditions of the organizers and/or promoters, of the event and/or venue, which may be consulted on their respective websites and/or at the box office of the venue.

In the event of a conflict between the aforementioned documents, the discrepancy shall be resolved, when necessary, according to the following order of precedence: (1) the special terms and conditions indicated in the purchase confirmation email, (2) the terms and conditions of the organizers, promoters, event and/or venue, and (3) these General Conditions (hereinafter collectively, the “Contract”).

The User may formalize the Contract in Spanish (Castilian), as well as in other languages when such option is available. In case of discrepancies between the Spanish and other language versions of the Contract, the Spanish version shall prevail.

c). Access to Purchase and Registration:

For each ticket purchase case, the system will indicate whether registration is required.

• Access as a Registered User: If the User is already a registered customer of ESPEJOPRO.COM , he/she must identify him/herself with his/her e-mail address and password for the purchase of tickets.
• Access as a new User: In case the User is not registered and can not access the purchase without registering, you must register as a new User and for this:
• The User must complete the form, filling in at least the data marked as mandatory, and expressly accept the Privacy Policy and consent to cookies. All data entered by the User must be accurate, current and truthful.
• The User will receive a registration confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided.
• The registered User will be responsible at all times for the custody of his password, assuming consequently the damages that may arise from its misuse, as well as the transfer, disclosure or loss of it. To these effects, the access to restricted areas and/or the use of the services and contents of the Web Site carried out under the password of a registered User, will be considered to be carried out by said registered User, who will respond in any case of said access and use.
• The User may modify and/or update the data provided during the registration process at any time. Once the User has accessed his/her account in his/her user profile on the Website, he/she will be able to consult the history and/or status of the tickets purchased, modify his/her personal registration data, as well as his/her access password and contact with ESPEJOPRO.COM customer service, among other actions.

d). ticket purchase procedure:

The procedure for the purchase of tickets through the Website shall be as described below.

1) The User must select the city, date and/or time for which he/she wishes to reserve tickets for the selected show or event. The User must select the type of seat he/she wishes to reserve, the number of tickets he/she wishes to purchase and, in certain cases, the location of the seats, in which case a stalls will be displayed for the selection of the location of the seats. Once these data have been selected, the User may continue with the purchase.

2) Before confirming the purchase, the User must enter the requested data and expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and consent to cookies.

The purchase will be confirmed on screen, providing the purchase locator number, from where the tickets can be downloaded in PDF format or in the Wallet of the phone (the purchase confirmation page will not serve as a ticket). Additionally, you will receive, at the email address provided, an email with all the information about the event and the tickets purchased.

3) We strongly recommend that you print your tickets and present them when you enter the venue.

To avoid unfair practices in the purchase of tickets, for each show tickets may be limited to a maximum number per person, per credit card and other limitations that will be communicated at the time of booking and verified in each operation, in those events where appropriate, always trying to warn users.

In this sense and when applicable, ESPEJOPRO.COM reserves the right to cancel the tickets purchased that exceed the number indicated during the purchase process, without prior notice.

Likewise, the resale of tickets is prohibited under the terms established in the current regulations.

The resale of tickets, as well as any act aimed at such illegal sale, may be grounds for seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or any other type of compensation.

e). Confirmation of purchase and collection of tickets:

If the purchase process is successful, the purchase will be confirmed on screen, providing the PURCHASE ORDER number.

The tracking number uniquely identifies the purchase made by the User and is the way for ESPEJOPRO.COM staff to identify your purchase in case you have any questions.

In addition, the User will receive, at the email address provided, a purchase confirmation email, the purchase confirmation email cannot be used as a ticket to access the event. Tickets can be downloaded from the confirmation screen and/or from the purchase confirmation e-mail.

Also, for each event, during the purchase process, the options available for the collection of the purchased tickets will be indicated. These options may be one or more of the following:

• Downloading the printable digital ticket to your mobile device by selecting this method of delivery during the purchase process. To present it at the time of attending the event, the User must have an IOS or Android device and Internet connection. The User can also save it in Passbook and Apple Wallet to be able to access it when there is no Internet connection.
• By direct ticket printing: The User who purchases tickets will be able to print the tickets directly at home in PDF format digital printable ticket. Again, we strongly recommend printing the tickets to present them at the time of access to the venue.
• By downloading to the Wallet of your smartphone: you will be able to download the tickets, both in Digital Ticket and Digital Printable Ticket format, to the Wallet of your cell phone from the purchase confirmation screen or from the purchase confirmation email.

f). Payment Procedure:

In the purchase process, the User must indicate the required data and select one of the available payment methods. The User may use debit or credit cards as a means of payment, and may also pay all or part of the price by any other means of payment that is available and of which the User will be informed during the purchase process.

The ticket purchase system uses a secure server and the latest encryption technology.

Purchases may be subject to security controls. The transaction may be cancelled by ESPEJOPRO.COM if it does not pass the verification process.

g). Price and additional charges:

The price of each ticket is determined by ESPEJOPRO.COM when it organizes the event. If a third party hires the services of this for the realization of the event, then it will be the one who determines the price. The ticket prices indicated during the purchase process include, unless otherwise expressly indicated, Value Added Tax (VAT) when applicable. It is clarified that in Chile, events may be EXEMPT, provided they are sponsored and/or sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage.

Said prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include ticket sale management fees, ticket cancellation insurance, if applicable, or any other additional services and annexes to the tickets, which will be expressly indicated to the User as an additional cost to the ticket price during the purchase process and in any case before the end of the purchase.

Management fees (also called distribution or service fees) are a supplement or percentage that is added to the base price of the ticket in order to enable the sales process and facilitate the delivery of the ticket to the User. The criteria for the calculation of such percentage may vary depending on the characteristics of the event, the conditions of the organizer, the services performed to make the event available for sale, the ticket reservation process, the event’s programming services, the distribution network, etc.

In case of cancellation or modification of the event ESPEJOPRO.COM reserves the right to refund the management fees.

h). Sending invoices:

The User expressly knows and accepts that ESPEJOPRO.COM will only send invoices to the email address provided during the registration or purchase process. However, the User may request at any time that the invoices are issued on paper, for which he/she must send his/her request through the form CONTACTO@ESPEJOPRO.COM. It is important to consider that most of the events carried out by ESPEJOPRO are exempt from VAT in the Republic of Chile.
When filling out the form, the User must indicate whether he/she wishes to receive a paper or electronic invoice.

The User can request directly to ESPEJOPRO.COM, the invoices corresponding to the purchase of tickets. For such management, you must send your request through CONTACTO@ESPEJOPRO.COM

8. Right of withdrawal

The User must ensure, before processing the purchase, the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered, since it is not possible to return the tickets purchased once the purchase has been made. Not being able to attend the show or making a mistake in the purchase of the tickets is not a reason for refund.

If upon entering the venue, the person(s) consider that their location was not as purchased or that the conditions are not optimal, they may approach the production staff to evaluate a partial refund, provided that the person(s) leave the venue within 5 minutes of arriving and the production can prove it with concrete evidence. The mere act of staying longer than the time mentioned here will entitle the person(s) to no refund or compensation of any kind. These 5 minutes only applies to those who arrive minutes before the start of the show. If the person(s) enters the venue once the show has started, there will be no refund of any kind.

Out of respect for the artists on stage, the production reserves the right to close the doors once the show has started.

9. Cancellation of events

ESPEJOPRO.COM will communicate to the Users the cancellation of the event, indicating the established procedure. Such communication will normally be made by email to the email address of the buyers or by publication on this website or by any other means of public communication in case the specific circumstances of each case so advise. ESPEJOPRO.COM is not responsible for the return, cancellation, relocation policies, communications or procedures designed and established by the organizer, nor for the alternative proposals to the return that may be issued by the organizer, even if they have been communicated by ESPEJOPRO.COM.

ESPEJOPRO.COM reserves the right to refund the management fees to the User in case of cancellation of the event.

10. Complaints, claims and requests for information

The User can direct their complaints, claims or requests for information to ESPEJO PRO Customer Service, using any of the following means:

ESPEJO PRO will respond to the claims received in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within a maximum period of two months from the presentation of the claim.

11. Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses

If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and these General Conditions shall subsist in all other respects, and such provision shall be considered totally or partially as not included.

12. Modification of the General Conditions and other contents

The General Conditions will be available to the User on the Website ESPEJOPRO.COM reserves the right to modify at any time these General Conditions, notifying the Users by publishing the updated/modified General Conditions on the Website.

It also reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and location of the Website, as well as the contents and conditions required to use them.

13. Applicable Legislation

These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chilean law.

14. Competent Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Chilean courts and tribunals.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Chilean law.
